I just pushed a fix for the crash when exiting the bank editor. Please test latest git. Thanks.

I pulled current git, made a new build (BTW with Debug, without
gtk2-devel) and tested midi device manager.

'had numerous crashes while trying to create a new fictional test device.

Segmentation fault (core dumped)

'not sure how to proceed to provide more information...
