* * *Position : Project Manager with Hyperion System* *Location:** Raleigh/Durham, NC* *Duration:** 7+ months* *Rate:** Open, * *Description:*** Experienced PM needed with an understanding of *Hyperion System 9 and finance budgeting and forecast process*. PM must be strong in communications, planning and dealing with senior management. Vendor management a plus. Looking for strong PM skills. Corporate Finance IT (CFIT) has identified the need to bring on board a project management resource from February 2009 until September 2009. This resource will be responsible for managing a major CFIT application development project and supporting other Project Management initiatives. *Project Management Deliverables**:* * * Lead major CFIT application development project and support other projects consisting of both business and CFIT staff. Staff is based in both the US at the Franklin Plaza facility and in the UK at GSK House. The project manager will also be a key contributor to the CFIT Project Management team in helping to build project management best practices within the organization. The project manager will be responsible for effectively managing the following: 1. Project plan 2. Quality Plan 3. Risk register 4. Action item list 5. Key milestone chart 6. Monthly Status report 7. Weekly Project Board meetings (1/2 hour) 8. Weekly Project Team meetings (1 hour) 9. Weekly IT team meetings (1 hour) 10. Monthly/Quarterly Sponsor Meetings (1 hour) 11. Project tracking database (milestone updates) 12.
