IBM MAXIMO ASSET MANAGEMENT certified professional with over six years of overall experience in Software development life cycle including User Interaction, Business Analysis/Modeling, Design, Application Development, Implementation, Documentation, Testing and Deployment of enterprise applications. . Hands on experience in working and customizing MAXIMO 6.2.2, TRM Rules Manager. . Experience developing custom MBO's, configured MEA, customized screens for the asset, location using application designer. . Hands on experience in OO systems design, applying the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology, OO Modeling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Use Case Analysis. . Expertise in Servlets, JSP, Struts and EJB in Server side programming. . Hands on experience on Model View Controller (MVC) Architecture using Struts framework and Application Servers Websphere, Tomcat and Weblogic. . Good understanding of Java Design Patterns and n-tier architecture. . Hands on experience with IBM WebSphere Portal and WebSphere Portal technologies, including custom Portal development and administration adhering to the JSR 168 standards. . Experience in developing projects with onsite/offsite coordination. . Good Understanding of Performance tuning methods and implemented the same in my projects. . Strong analytical, communicational, writing, troubleshooting and team leading skills.
