*MS Dynamics CRM upgrade expert . The client is upgrading from version 3.0 to 4. This client has a number of custom entities. An entity is basically a database table with an associated view. MS Dynamics CRM comes installed with about 100 entities and they have about 300 custom entities, so 400 total.
