Dear colleagues, the RIPE-75 meeting will take place in Dubai as from October 22nd 2017. The routing working group hereby opens a call for presentations and contributions: - please send your suggestions to <[email protected]>; - RACI contributions are of course welcome; - if you submit a presentation to the PC for the plenary session, you may also want it to be considered for the routing WG: if so, just let us know.
Nevertheless, please also note that some details are different from most RIPE meetings you might have attended in the past:
- the meeting starts on Sunday and ends on the following Thursday; - attendees must comply with some local law requirements in Dubai: please read them carefully at https://ripe75.ripe.net/dtcm-requirements/ should you have questions, please feel free to ask us. As WG chairs, we shall endeavour to let you have the appropriate answer; - the tentative deadline for submitting contributions is August 20th 2017; we understand this is much in advance with respect to the usual timing for RIPE meetings, but this is unfortunately out of our control.
