Hello Erik,

The Discussion Phase for 2019-08 ended on 29 November (note that this proposal 
is being discussed in the Routing WG).

The proposers and WG chairs have agreed that this can continue to the Review 
Phase with some updates to incorporate the community's input from the initial 
Discussion Phase.

When we receive this updated version, we will prepare our impact analysis of 
the proposal. The Review Phase will begin once we publish both of these 
documents.
