I've done Yet Another OSM Routing Program[1] over OSM data, like Gosmore, Pyroute and Navit. Like Gosmore and Navit, my program takes OSM data and creates its own data structure suitable for routing. Of pure curiosity, why are you looking for a routing program using *postgresql* as backend? Do you see a specific advantage in using PostgreSQL?
