We're not writing Pascal's code for him, so he's not breaking any
rules. (unless...)

There are various views on why people write free software :
1. They hate capitalism (not me)
2. They hate bugs and limitations (me)
3. They hate unnecessary duplication (me)

The google search engine was originally a university research project
called "BackRub", so to say www.openroute.org will not violate 1 is
premature.

It violates 2.

I used to think 3. is possible when I wrote the first version of
gosmore a year ago, but that's clearly a fantasy.
