Libosmscout is currently a one man project, so IMHO it naturally lacks
documentation because I first had concentrated on getting
some stuff done to attract some people. I'm however aware well that some
documentation is required to get people actually do something an thus am
willing do improve this.
I thus suggest to ask conrete questions (how do I..., How does XXX work...?)
And I'll see what I can do. Please also tell me where and in which format you
want documentation.
I suggest to also take a look at the demos. I also don't think that the file
format is relevant currently, because it is still changing and because the APIs
should in fact hide any such details.
