The pier near the target does not yet seem to be in the OSRM data ( you can try that by planning a route onto it, even one, that does not use a ferry ). The OSM data looks ok, so I would say, the change just hasn't made it into the routing data yet. Keep in mind, that OSRM is using the daily planet files, so it might be 2 days behind the database.
