The volume of email on the routing listserv has been a quite entertaining, and many subjects are being discussed at length. We will need to focus the workgroup to ensure we deliver useful stuff quickly. To that end, William Kammerer and I are preparing a scope document and hope to send it out early next week for comment.
In the scope document, we will propose what is included, what is not included, and how we should organize and sequence the work to obtain results.
