The astute reader will notice that Commons HttpClient 2.0 has not been 
released yet.  They are still in alpha 3, with beta 1 coming shortly.

That's OK though, because CommonsXmlRpcTransport is two or three 
refactorings and one big feature (multithreading/pooling) away from 
release quality anyway.

Anyone's itch?
