Hi folks,
About 3 weeks ago I posted about a problem with Apache XML-RPC encoding Doubles using scientific notation, which does not conform to the spec, but I didn't see any response.
I don't want to keep pestering you if I'm in the wrong place. Can you let me know where I should be reporting this?
