The other reason I asked, but did not fully explain.  Was that when I 
first installed it, I could have sworn that pressing both mouse 
buttons together generated the middle button pop up menu.  But I have 
since installed it a few more times (whilst creating a set of 
instructions) and could not get that to work any more :(

The OS I am using btw, is Puppy Linux.  Installing it on Puppy is more 
involved then the instructions currently available on riscso.info 
site.  Hence the reason for producing another set.

The middle button on a 3 button mouse works fine.

I will perform yet another installation to see if I can get them to 
work again.  Perhaps I have done something different to the first time 
I installed it.
