The year is initially 2008 in the file cmos.ram at offset &C0. Alarm can be
used to update the date to 2009, the byte at &80 in the emulated CMOS is 9
and on exiting RPCemu 9 is written to &C0 in cmos.ram. Restarting RPCemu
then shows the year as 2012 which is saved as &0C on exit.
