This looks quite feasible for %{foo -a -b=bar -- file:script} like
syntax, but it will be rather tricky unsnarling the %{foo ... : ... }
wrapper from the rest, note that ':' is contextually sensitive.
But I believe there's a need to start making the PHP like %foo:...}
syntax
conform a bit more to "usual" shell CLI conventions, like populating
(in python) sys.argv[0] and more, or I'm gonna go nuts while trying
to test and use the embedded interpreters.
