​If it's still in active use, we should have it in the
rpm-software-management organization. I don't know if createrepo is still
in active use, or if createrepo_c has completely replaced it.

​​That's fine. I wasn't suggesting everything move. As far as RPM-specific
stuff, hawkey serves that role fairly well. As long as there's a reference
somewhere that indicates where libsolv is, I think it's fine.
