In the shadow of the exciting 4.18.0 rc1 release from today, 4.17.1.1 has been
released to address two (minor) regressions introduced in 4.17.1 that broke
certain package builds due to a logic error in the "%autosetup -S git" macro,
and the RPM configure script on unknown platforms (affecting the Yocto Project
in particular), respectively.
