The metapackage does not have any information if there is some package which
ships some macro file or not.
I want from RPM to provide the similar functionality to LD_LIBRARY_PATH,
MANPATH, PYTHONPATH, RUBYLIB, GEM_PATH, CLASSPATH, etc
