Instead of just detecting a mismatched type, use the type from the internal 
table instead.

Always using the known internal table type makes headers immune to an entire 
class of damage.

Spew a warning for forensic purposes if you must. But it's silly to warn about 
header tag type mismatch when the internal table is _ALWAYS_ correct.
