Ok, so finally I have some free time.
So the requerements were that you should be able to easily (by having just rpm
metadata, aka primary.xml) do following:
* Whether SRPM uses DynamicBuildRequires feature
* Whether SRPM has DynamicBuildRequires inserted into it
