if we don't patch rpm to change the behavior about process `archname`, then we
have to patch lots of packages: all config.sub/config.guess etc, need to be
patched.
Another choice: use the same triple with the r2, while it will be very confused
to normal users.
(This is an not acceptable option for Debian due to multiarch, Debian need
to use this triple as its libdir)
