The problem is that the patch to use the system cppmyth also removes some files in the src/cppmyth directory from the makefile. Note that these files are not part of cppmyth (in fact they are in a different directory and they were not being removed by the spec file scripts). I have fixed the patch to include these files in the compilation and I have fixed a small detail in one of them which was referencing a private file from cppmyth. The rest of the files only use the public cppmyth API.
