I believe we should retire chromium-libs-media-freeworld and create
chromium-freeworld instead. Later if the 60.0.3112.90-1 version goes to Fedora
25 and 26, I can built those as well.
Notes for automation:
* git merges stuff from Fedora quite well now when the only difference in the
spec file is one line and the filename
* the only thing that conflicts is sources and .gitignore but that can be
merged with -strategy-option=ours. And later amended with additional logic that
gets the policy_templates.zip and depot_tools.git-master.tar.gz from Fedora
lookaside cache and rpmdev-spectool -g the chromium sources.
