Here is the list of the retired packages from pkgdb, it should have
been a no-brainer from anyone:
https://admin.rpmfusion.org/pkgdb/packages/free/%2A/?status=Retired&page=1
https://admin.rpmfusion.org/pkgdb/packages/nonfree/%2A/?status=Retired&page=1
This was point 2 in my list: "- get a list of retired package from pkgdb."
