Maybe something like rpmfusion-{non,}free-tainted ? Maybe we should seek for
advices on the -devel mailing list. The name is not hugely important, at least
to me, but will be more or less set in stone once the repo is published.

There are no other packages that would fit into the same category I could think
of. libaacs and libbdplus are similar in purpose, that is allowing to play
legally purchased Blurays, but still a bit different as they are unable to do
anything w/o being configured with keys and stuff easily available on internet,
and thus were allowed in the regular free repository.
