Sorry, but I'm already orphaned 3 packages. If someone want to take them, they can visit the RPM Fusion Admin panel and press "Take Package" button. Very simple and easy.

- https://admin.rpmfusion.org/pkgdb/package/free/libtgvoip/ (no longer required, because the packaged build is broken for ages and Telegram Desktop uses an internal bundled copy).

- https://admin.rpmfusion.org/pkgdb/package/free/tg_owt/ (very ugly Google's WebRTC fork. I applied lots of fixes for it[1]. They will break it every update).

- https://admin.rpmfusion.org/pkgdb/package/free/telegram-desktop/ (currently in a good shape; the latest version is packaged). If someone will take it, be ready to fix cmake scripts[2].
