I will remove open264 support from our ffmpeg package if this fedora
repo isn't fixed by Monday, it doesn't bother me if I break the fdora
obs-studio package.

from mock configuration [1] we got
metalink=https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=fedora-cisco-openh264-40&arch=x86_64
and is working ATM , anyway this repo is from Fedora not RPMFusion
