not even rawhide is up-to-date
also 0.8.x - why in the world?

to have in 6 months a argument about "non breaking anything"
why it would be never refreshed?

that and beause some years ago some flags were disabled due
license stuff instead put it to non-free is the reason that
i build ffmpeg and most dependencies since years on my own
