Try each line one at a time in the Python console and you might see something. I see this: >>> lm_sol = r.lm("Weight ~ Height", data = rt) Traceback (most recent call last): File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module> rpy.RException: Error in terms.default(formula, data = data) : no terms component - so its the lm that is failing and not the summary. You need to make your formula into a formula, because otherwise R thinks it's a character string.
