Thanks for the answer peter, but I'm still having an issue...

When I try:

result<-r.pvclust(data=data, method_hclust="complete",
method_dist="correlation", nboot=10000, init_rand=TRUE, seed=NULL)

I get:

NameError: name 'result' is not defined

Do I need to predefine result as an rpy object or something?
