>From memory, there are just five python files which get installed in your site-packages directory. You can check where within Python: import rpy print rpy.__file__ I *think* all you need to do is manually remove these files (rpy.py, py_wintools.py, rpy_version.py, rpy_tools.py, rpy_io.py, plus the corresponding *.pyc files, and depending on what version of Python you have there could also be an rpy-XXX.egg file).
