Please use nose skiptest and check for python version on your test
(Like in my fork)
And don't use {} set shortcut on tests this break older python,
cause Nose is getting a syntax error.about getting it too messy with spy3 support, I think we should write better doumention to warn the users from issue regarding py2 > py3 Fruch
