Now I removed rrdtool-1.0.50-25.0.1.el5, & rrdtool-devel-1.0.50, And
installed the new packages rrdtool-devel-1.2.27-3.el5.i386.rpm &
rrdtool-1.2.27-3.el5.i386.rpm sucessfully, Thanx so much for help.
