Chris, I'm using this one (example)
(I'm not an experienced perl programmer, but it does the job with far less load than shell scripting...) (See attached file: rrdtool.perl.update.TXT) hth paul <#include standard.disclaimer> To: [email protected] cc: (bcc: Paul Pot) Subject: [rrd-users] Perl - using shared library Hey all - I don't suppose anyone's used the Perl commands for RRDTool? I'm trying to speed up a large monitoring script as much as possible, but cannot get the commands to work. I was able to move the directory holding the Perl Modules into @INC so it would be recognized, but every time I try to do an update, it tells me that it cannot update 'dummy.' I don't even know where it's getting the 'dummy' parameter, because it's not listed anywhere in the script. If anyone has used the shared Perl library, or has a perl script they could share, it would be greatly appreciated. Enjoy - -Chris ----- Christopher S.
