We run qmail and while I'm not sure what qmail-mrtg gives you, we
use the UCD-snmp agent to pass values back from remote boxes for
collection by, Cricket, MRTG or anything that speaks SNMP and
puts the values into rrd DB's.
We use matchup, which comes with qmail, and run taillog on the logs
to get our data.
So, I don't know of a package, but if you know what data you want
these tools make it pretty easy.
