This has been discussed in detail. Please search the archives, the docs and the FAQ (faq.mrtg.org) while focussing on resampling, normalisation and consolidation. The main cause of your problem is that the day is *not* specified in *your specific* local time zone. It can't be like that for two reasons. 1) Not everybody lives in the same timezone and 2) the offset for most (if not all) timezones is not a constant. I'm sure you'll find several items relating to your problem.
