Hello Arun.

Check, and do this:

1. Do you have pod2man installed?

2. If so, is the full directory path ( the directory
   where pod2man is located ) in your PATH environment
   variable?

3. If not, add the pod2man directory to the PATH variable,
   export it, then run make again.
