Sorry, but mrtg is long time ago for me :o)

You could try to run snmpwalk <hostname> <community> and store the output
in a file. This will allow you to browse through the snmp output and
identiy interface nrs and so on.
(where 999 is the interface sequence nr)

main config would look like:

Target[host.itfoperstatus]:1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.8.999&
1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.8.999:[EMAIL PROTECTED]

You will have to twiddle the others.
