Then I'd advise you to do so :)

I'm not using daemon mode. Whenever I add something to a .cfg file, I
simply run indexmaker again to replace the old webpages with fresh ones.
The data that already was collected for existing target won't be
overwritten.

I would like to know what is the best method for MRTG to take into
account changes in *.cfg files when we add or move interfaces. Do I have
to stop process when there are changes and then restart ??!!

to activate changes in config files"
