Peeps, Have moved from mrtg to rrd tool on a number of machines and have noticed that the threshold checking seems to have died ( or it needs to be set diferently. )
I have this config Target[fred.disk2]: 1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.6.2&1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.5.2:[EMAIL PROTECTED] * 4096 MaxBytes[fred.disk2]: 170652561408 Options[fred.disk2]: growright, gauge Title[fred.disk2]: Disk 2 Space Available kMG[fred.disk2]: k,M,G,T,P ShortLegend[fred.disk2]: Bytes YLegend[fred.disk2]: Disk Space LegendI[fred.disk2]: Disk Space Used LegendO[fred.disk2]: Total Disk Space ThreshMaxI[fred.disk2]: 95% ThreshProgI[fred.disk2]: /home/fred/mrtg/bin_thresh/disk_thresh.pl ThreshProgOKI[fred.disk2]: /home/fred/mrtg/bin_thresh/disk_threshok.pl PageTop[ldu.disk2]: <H1>Disk Space used (/usr2)</H1> The machine is a Linux Server and this config is unchanged from using mrtg and rateup ( and it sent heaps of warnings ) The graph ( using 14all ) works perfectly and follows the increase and decrease % disk space no probs. Just that when it hits 95% it doesnt trigger the perl scripts which send an email. Any help appreciated. Thanks Martin PS. This was the config Tobi that triggered the 2.9.18pre7 problems with the % sign. -- Unsubscribe mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Help mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Archive http://www.ee.ethz.ch/~slist/rrd-users WebAdmin http://www.ee.ethz.ch/~slist/lsg2.cgi
