When I would split this line according to "rrdtool rules", I'd get:
DEF
my1=d
\rrd\10.3.0.101#ifio#if1.rrd
ds0
AVERAGE
And *not*
DEF
my1=d:\rrd\10.3.0.101#ifio#if1.rrd
ds0
AVERAGE
I assume this is enough hint :)
