Don't know what the first warning means, but you just put the community (it is a password) and ip-address on the net. Change the community, malicious people might query the router for all it knows or hijack it by telling it to download a config fronm their tftp server.
All the other messages indicate the userid you run mrtg with does not have rights to write in the directory the logs are in.
