When using the rrdtool fetch command I am getting the following output:

1045769400: 5.2400000000e+00 5.5200000000e+00
1045769700: 4.0000000000e+00 8.0000000000e+00
1045770000: 4.0000000000e+00 6.8600000000e+00
1045770300: 4.0000000000e+00 4.6200000000e+00
1045770600: 4.0000000000e+00 4.0000000000e+00
1045770900: 4.0000000000e+00 5.1500000000e+00
1045771200: 4.0000000000e+00 5.9500000000e+00
The numbers that are collect are decimal, but they are stored as shown above.
How can I convert this numbers back to decimals? If anyone has a perl
solution, that would be much appreciated.
