It's a trick,

use a line instead of a hrule.
make a CDEF:

myhrule=mydef,0,*,$HRULE_VALUE,+

and output mydef as a LINE1
the mydef * 0 part is there because every CDEF must make a calculation
based on a previous defined value. Just use something you DEF-ed.

I am trying to add an HRULE to a graph but it doesn't appear.
The problem lies in the autoscale of the y-axis. The HRULE seems to be
out of bounds and rrdtool doesn't seem to take it into acount.

I would not want to manually set an upper limit... How can I get rrdtool
to take care of this HRULE?
