On this system, I have used "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/TTF/luxisr.ttf". Unfortunately, I can't provide any advice on font selection apart from a True Type font may be a good move (why I don't know). 2 You need to susbcribe to the devel list if you are using a 'snapshot' (CVS) version.
