Michael, The software has been officially abandoned by the author. We last communicated summer 2003 and he had given up on it. It's no longer in active development. It had a few problems and I could never quite get it to work right. :-(
If you'd like, I can forward you off-list the tarball I downloaded some time back (looks like 4/2000).
