Two possibilities: 1. Feed your rrds with two different sources, one with the part of the value up to 50, the other one with the part higher than 50. Then graph first source as AREA green and STACK second source red. 2. CDEF two values, Value1: If load > 50 then Value1=50, Value2=load-50. Then graph Value1 as AREA green and STACK Value2 red.
