Yeah, I've seen this happen sometimes. It appears to be sometimes selecting the wrong source resolution from time to time when rendering the graph. Re-rendering the graph makes it come out okay again. It seems to be totally random, and only happening once in a blue moon - not easy to recreate on demand.
