That would sure be nice, but no, it is not currently possible.

The graph function is based around the RRD file format which is data vs
time.

You would be better off using the Perl GD::Graph module and using
dump/fetch to plot the data from your RRD files that way instead.

RRD Users,
 
Is it possible for RRD Graph to plot variable vs. non-time variable for
a give time series?  Also known as a cross-plot, this capability might
be very userful for the community when trying to understand deeper
relationships of time-series data.
 
Currently, it does not seem like it contains this functionality, but I
have only scratched the surface of GRAPH.
